September 2025 Updated Version of Gardiner Neighborhood Plan sent to Park County Commissioners for Second Review

Updated: Sep 22

Park County Commissioners are slated to consider a resolution to accept the Gardiner Neighborhood Plan at their regular meeting scheduled Tuesday, September 16, 2025 at 9 am. The plan will be officially added as an addendum to the Park County Growth Policy when the county starts the process of creating a new growth policy per Montana Statute. The new Park County Growth Policy will need to be approved by Park County voters.

The updates to the Gardiner Neighborhood plan are simply background information, descriptions of the planning process since we first submitted the plan, and a brief explanation of the gaps between that time and now. Please note there are no substantive changes. The changes are shown in red on the September 2025 draft of the Gardiner Neighborhood Plan attached.
