Formations are an element of your tactical toolbox in FIFA 21 Ultimate Team. Appropriate training can transform you into an exceptional FUT Champions player, even more so now that everyone is sweating more than ever due to the Season Team (TOTS).
This article will demonstrate some of the most efficient FIFA 21 Ultimate Team formations—but proceed with caution. It is pointless to choose a formation that is incompatible with your present play style or team. After all, one of the most critical components of FIFA is the ability to play comfortably.
The following are the FIFA 21 Ultimate Team training sessions that we propose.
5-4-3-1 (2)
This alternate 4-2-3-1 formation is ideal for players that prefer to control the ball and dictate the tempo of a match, as it has two wide midfielders rather than three CAMs. It is most suited to slow play styles, as the formation let you to throw the ball around while waiting for the optimal choice.
While 4-2-3-1 (2) is an excellent way to practice using balanced settings on your players, this does not mean you should use the same approach throughout the game. Consider bringing one of the center defensive midfielders (CDMs) into the attack if your opponent plays too passively.
4) 4-2-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3
When configured, the 4-2-2-2 is identical to the 4-4-2, but it is slightly more offensive due to the increased role of the two center attacking midfielders (CAMs). You can begin with a 4-4-2 formation and then switch to 4-2-2-2 based on your opponent's style of play or if you believe you require additional offensive force.
However, it is critical to instruct your center midfielders and fullbacks to "stay behind while attacking." Otherwise, you would face counter-attacks for days. One of the advantages of the 4-2-2-2 formation is that you may apply pressure to your opponent while they are still passing the ball in their backline, as you will have four players attempting to intercept the ball.
(3) 3-2-3-3
As with the 5-2-1-2, the 3-5-2 became quite meta in FIFA 21 Ultimate Team. It's an excellent training program that covers everything, including great defense and a variety of assault options.
When the formation is balanced, the wingers will assist you in constructing the attack and defending possession, but they will also make deep runs on the attack on occasion, and you will have three center backs and two midfielders to protect you against counterattacks.
The one disadvantage of the 3-5-2 is if you continue to attack with your wingers, as your opponent can use balls to get in behind your wings. Bear in mind that you must deliberately bring a midfielder or center back to cover open space.
2. 2-4-2-1-3-4
Another versatile arrangement is the 3-4-2-1. You can use it to secure results while you're ahead, as the defensive style can be adjusted to "drop back" and seven players can defend.
However, you can play 3-4-2-1 if you are frantic to attack at the end of the game and score, particularly if you adopt the attacking style "quick build up." Seven players suddenly advance up the field to press the opponent.
As with other FIFA 21 formations, we recommend that you draft several instructions to adapt the 3-4-2-1 to your opponent's style of play or game circumstances. Begin the game to discover your next move during the contest.
1-4-4-1
This formation was far too defensive in previous FIFA editions but improved significantly in FIFA 21 because to the Creative Runs system and general player movement improvements.
Play as you please. Do you wish to play defensively? Select "remain when attacking" for your three midfielders. Do you require a goal score? Allow your midfielders to attack and establish a winger with "free roaming" rights. They'll abandon the sidelines in order to create opportunities in the middle.
